Yes. As this is a quadricycle, the regulations require a minimum of third-party liability insurance for damage caused to third parties. You can easily insure your vehicle via quadbike, e-bike, or motorcycle insurers.

The Zero's motor power is optimized for efficient city driving, and while it can handle moderate inclines with ease, it may face limitations on steeper hilly roads. The vehicle's performance and acceleration may be affected when encountering significant gradients, which could result in reduced speed and potential strain on the motor.

The vehicle must be insured by you with effect from the day of delivery of your vehicle.

Yes, your vehicle will require an MOT. It is tested in class 4.

Online Ordering: Order without leaving your house. It’s an easy and one-click journey to order your vehicle online. You can easily manage your title and registration and schedule delivery — all online. You can order your vehicle from our website’s “Order Now” section. Choose your convenience while ordering your Zero. To confirm your order and start the production of your vehicle, you have to pay a £500 reservation fee. You can pay the reservation fee with a cash payment, debit, or credit card. You can also bring your financing partner if you want to have a loan or lease. Your journey, your choice. When the reservation fee is captured, the assembly of your vehicle will begin. After your vehicle is ready to be delivered, we will email you to pay the remaining balance and finalize your delivery address.

Your vehicle is expected to be delivered within 8-10 weeks after your order confirmation.

Yes, we can help you with titling and registration. Just write to us, and we will handle the title and registration process on your behalf as part of your digital purchasing experience. You can register the vehicle for yourself, a business, or someone else.

You can make a cash payment or pay with a debit or credit card. You can also bring your financing partner for a loan or lease. Your journey, your choice.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes decisions need to be re-evaluated. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. From the moment you place your order for your Zero, you have full peace of mind. If you need to cancel before your vehicle is delivered, we'll issue a refund! Even after your vehicle arrives, you'll have a generous 14-day grace period during which you can return the vehicle for a refund if it doesn't meet your expectations. It's our way of ensuring that you're completely satisfied with your purchase!

Your purchase price includes UK VAT at the current rate. As is typical with vehicle purchases, there will be; a DVLA First registration fee, 55 GBP and number plates, 24 GBP, and a delivery fee.

We can deliver your vehicle anywhere you want, inside or outside the city! The vehicle will be delivered to your address with a fee anywhere in the UK, excluding Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands. You can also pick up your vehicle free of charge at our distribution centre in Castle Donington, Derby.

Yes, you can change the final delivery address.

You can charge your vehicle like your smartphone. Just plug in your vehicle at home overnight and wake up to a fully charged vehicle ready to take on the day.
